Ported a Windows C++ employee monitoring platform to native macOS using Swift and Objective-C. Background agent collecting workplace activity data with local-first encrypted storage (AES/PBKDF2), multithreaded system event observers, real-time REST API sync, and offline resilience. Managed the full Apple distribution pipeline: code signing, notarization, TestFlight, and .DMG/.PKG packaging.
